Now that we have established your needs and that I have learned everything I need to know about your property, the next step is to prepare your home for sale.
If needed, we will enhance your property with Home Staging. You will also receive my tips and tricks on how to organize your home before the photoshoot.
Then, we move forward by booking an appointment with a designated professional photographer.
Your property is now ready to be listed on the market!
At this stage, I promote your property on Centris, RE/MAX Quebec, and my website. Afterward, I will publish your property on my Facebook page to increase its visibility. I encourage you to share the post and ask your friends and family to do the same.
Congratulations! Your property is officially on the market! We will now coordinate and manage visits with potential buyers.
It’s important to keep your home clean beforehand to give the visitors a great first impression. During the visits, I highly suggest that you not be home while I’m holding the visits. So make sure to plan where you will be going during this time!
Now that potential buyers have visited your home, all you have to do is wait for the offers to come in. I will be in constant communication with the buyers’ realtors. When I receive offers, I schedule a meeting with you so you can look them over.
If you accept an offer, your home is now one step closer to be officially sold! If there are conditions to be respected (mortgage approval, inspection, etc.), we will need to wait until those conditions are lifted to schedule the notary appointment and moving dates.
